Injection Moulding
The most commonly used process for manufacturing plastic products. From bottle closures to car bumpers are manufactured using this process.The multitude of applications and high quality levels allow for this to be the favoured plastic production process.
Extrusion Blow Moulding
The largest process user of High Density Polyethelyne (HDPE).With products including bottles, large holding tanks and automotive fuel tanks.
Injection stretch blow moulding
Used for manufacturing high quality high clarity plastic bottles. This is the main process used for beverage bottles.
Blow Moulding
This is the highest quality process for producing blow mould HDPE and PP bottles.
Compression moulding
Heat and pressure are applied to shape the material into the desired part. This method is widely used for creating strong, durable components, especially for larger, intricate parts.
Decorating
Screen Printing and Labelling
We are also able to manufacture using 100% post consumer recycled and biodegradable materials
